About Footlights Dance & Theatre Boutique:
Footlights has been independently owned and operated for over 25 years. Our vast inventory and friendly, knowledgeable staff has made us one of the largest dance-wear retailers in Maryland. We carry an extensive selection of ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, ballroom, hip hop and Irish soft shoes. Not to mention, a large selection of the latest dance apparel and accessories of all sorts. We take great pride in our fittings, and have customers come from all over Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania seeking our expertise daily.
Must be 18 years or older with a GED to apply.
Sales Associate:
As a sales associate in training, you will undergo a Sixty Day Training Trial that encompasses everything you are required to learn in order to be assessed and considered for serious hire. If you are not at a pace which meets management's minimum standards by sixty days, you will be dismissed from the hiring process.
As a sales associate you will be expected to maintain:
- replenishing stock on the floor
- cleaning stock area and bathroom
- maintaining a register and cash drawer
- keeping a friendly and welcoming attitude with all customers
- moving large loads of stock when needed
- climb ladders and steps to grab and maintain stock
- work on knees with customers and stock
- work in a team environment (able to take direction)
- working evenings and weekends
