Experis Engineering is working closely with a global manufacturer in the Automotive Industry in North Dallas on a Direct Hire Manufacturing Engineering Manager opportunity.
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager ensures products are manufactured with the most cost-effective methods at the highest quality. They will directly supervise a team of 7 Manufacturing Engineers, the Maintenance Lead and 12 Maintenance Technicians.
Desired Skills:
Automotive manufacturing experience preferred but related industries will be considered
Extensive knowledge of engineering practices and principles
Experience with internal and external customers / suppliers
Excellent communication skills
Minimum Qualifications:
Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing
Engineering Management Experience
Strong Machining, Assembly and Test background in an industrial manufacturing environment
Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement and quality
