We are looking for customer focused, enthusiastic, and outgoing individuals to be a part of the Wheels family. Our company has 20 locations throughout Fairfield, New Haven, Litchfield, and Hartford counties. As part of the Wheels Management team, you will be the support system for all store employees. You will be in charge of training all personnel to build a successful and dynamic team. We believe in company and employee loyalty and we take pride in the fact that we have many long-term workers who have been with us for 20 years or more! Job Requirements
Proactively recruit, hire, and retain staff for your location. Must have excellent organizational and problem solving skills and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
Additional requirements include
*Minimum of 3 years of retail experience
*Must have good computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel
*Own a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation
*Must be able to work various shifts including weekends
*Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
*Servsafe Certified, a plus

Job Responsibilities
As part of the Wheels Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer needs are handled courteously and efficiently. You will also promote sales and maintain safe conditions at the facility.

Additional responsibilities include
*Training all personnel
*Maintaining positive employee relations and morale by ensuring that Company Policies and Procedures are being followed and maintained
*Supervising and managing employees, including recruitment, selection, training, scheduling, assigning duties, and reviewing performance
*Providing effective management expenses, profits, and losses to ensure the financial stability of the operations
*Making all bank deposits, completing all required paperwork, reviewing, and analyzing data on reports
*Maximizing sales and profit by insuring all division merchandise programs are implemented, including maintenance or proper stock levels, layouts, and displays in accordance with policy, proper pricing and coding, proper rotations, etc.
*Implementing and managing security and prevention measures as provided by the Company
*Ensuring proper maintenance of equipment and keeping all areas of the store neat, clean, and organized
