We are currently seeking Front Desk Agents and Concierges to work at our Hotel Properties for the winter season.

Job Summaries:

The Front Desk Agent will efficiently and professionally answer and appropriately direct incoming calls, coordinate radio calls, and serve as the communication point for creating positive guest experiences. This position will also require performing the basic duties at the front desk, such as check ins, check outs, and managing folios to ensure accurate billing. The position will respond to inquiries with accurate information regarding hours of outlet operation, directions to local attractions and restaurants, or any other resort-related activity according to individual needs.  The Front Desk Agent will have complete knowledge of all resort services, hours of operation, packages, promotions, and retail products presently offered by the resort.  Front Desk Agents are to possess a working knowledge of computers and display an excellent phone manner.

The Concierge is responsible for total guest satisfaction from pre-arrival contact, logistics in the bookings and reconfirmation of guests' reservations, fully acquainted with local points of interests. This position will communicate with guests and employees both verbally and in writing to answer questions, and provide clear direction in advising and instructing guests in resort details with a focus on luxury service.

Requirements:

  • A passion for guest service.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that can include nights, holiday and weekends.
  • Team player that will add to a fun collaborative environment.
  • English Proficiency
  • Able to work the entire season (November 2015 – April 2016)
  • Some experience in guest service
