Our RMO Senior Specialists build and strengthen customer loyalty by creating and implementing solutions to complex customer needs.

As an RMO Senior Specialist, your responsibilities may include maintaining communication with RMO agencies regarding trends and issues, providing support for onsite agency audits, analyzing agency account inventories and work flows to solution identified issues.

Our RMO Senior Specialists:
Builds strong business partner relationships to enhance Customer Service
  • Takes ownership of the customer experience by efficiently resolving complex issues
  • Uses deep knowledge as a subject matter expert to deliver outstanding issue resolution to internal and external business partners
  • Identifies and shares process improvement opportunities to provide an enhanced Customer service experience
  • Assist external vendors through a variety of channels including phone, email and recovery management system support tickets.

Makes timely operational decisions to positively affect business outcomes
  • Assess consequences and impact of decisions and prioritizes issues accordingly
  • Remains visible and approachable to positively align associates by providing consistent guidance and motivation

Increase efficiency and improve customer experience through thinking critically
  • Solves multi-faceted issues using business and product knowledge and best practice
  • Provides researched resolutions by connecting knowledge and experience to improve consistency and efficiency

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service environment
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in collections support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact well with others in a team oriented environment
  • Proficiency in computer navigation skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 years’ experience in a customer service environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or post High School continuing education
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
  • Paralegal/Legal assistant or equivalent job experience
  • 1-2 years collections support, audit, or account review experience
  • Vendor/client operations experience
