As an Assistant Manager, you may be responsible for:
- Providing Guest with Exceptional Customer Service
- Preparing all of McDonald’s World Famous food
- Providing leadership to Crew and Managers to meet goals during your shift
- Restaurant Cleanliness
- Safety & Security
- Crew Development Program
- Managing Inventory
- Creating the Crew Schedule
- Handling Local Restaurant Marketing
