Job Description:

-Answer inbound calls from customers regarding order, product and inventory issues
-Enter purchase orders and inventory releases received from field CSRs
-Perform data entry
-Take orders over the phone
-Make proactive outbound calls to designated active and inactive customers
-Update customer information
-Contact vendors or customers regarding any inquiries

Work Environment:

-Will be in a call center environment
-Hours are Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM (may have to work OT at times)

-Dress is business casual

Qualifications:

-Associates Degree Required BA/BS preferred, but not required
-3-5 years related experience or combination of education and experience
-Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
-Previous experience working over the phone
-Requires good communication skills (verbally and nonverbal)
-Have hired a lot of people with these backgrounds: Payment Representatives, Insurance, Healthcare, Administrative, Property Manager, Call Center
