Customer Service - Full-time / Part-time

Candidates must have open availability from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm on Monday - Friday and from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm on Saturdays.

Contractors will be working five days and 40 hours per week. Schedules will change every 90 days, prior to the schedule change contractors' will be given a two week notice.

Schedule availability is based off of business needs and contractor performance.

The first two in a half weeks will be classroom training where contractors will learn system navigation and product knowledge.

Upon graduating training contractors will be transitioned to the floor where they will continue to have support from leads and supervisors.

The position requires contractors to be able to handle stress and at times angry or frustrated customers calling in regarding issues and concerns with their appliances.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to addressing customer issues, trouble shooting, presenting resolutions, setting up and scheduling service.

This position is a call center position with the cubicle and open floor environment.

Must Have:

Customer Service Experience
Basic Phone Skills
Basic Computer Knowledge
