ELECTRICAL APPRENTICE
Mission
The Electrical Apprentice will be responsible for assisting the Certified Electrician complete the Solar Install and any electrical service projects.
Essential Job Functions
*Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using hand tools or power tools
*Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
*Install, bend and paint electrical conduit ensuring aesthetics are met to customers standards
*Ability to use hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things; bend tubing or conduit
Competencies
*Honestly/Integrity. Does not cut corners ethically. Earns trust and maintains confidences. Does what is right, not just what is politically expedient. Speaks plainly and truthfully.
*Teamwork. Reaches out to peers and cooperates with supervisors to establish an overall collaborative working relationship.\
*High Standards. Expects personal performance and team performance to be nothing short of the best.
*Proactivity. Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company.
