Floor Manager
Responsibilities and Duties:
Designing, formulating, and enforcing policies, functions, and operational changes
Determining staff and supervisory requirements
Coordinating training activities
Prepare special reports, reviews, and recommendations on the purchase of new equipment.
Ensure excellent guest service
Ensure that the store is properly staffed
Ensure development of team members
Maintain product quality standards
Requirements and Qualifications:
Walking and standing for the entire shift
Able to reach and stoop during work
Able to lift and carry objects as and when necessary
Strong leadership skills
Strong reasoning skills and decision making processes
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to motivate team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
