About this job

We are seeking a qualified professional with elder care and community relations experience that is interested in a dynamic role as a Home Care Consultant at our office in Manchester, NH.

Experience as a community liaison, social worker or a background in nursing is beneficial. 

You will enjoy working with a committed team of professionals while you cultivate and maintain strong relationships with health care providers, clients and families. Our Home Care Consultant focuses on educational presentations and consultative selling with proactive, individualized solutions for the communities that we serve. A minimum of 3 years' experience in this or related fields is helpful but not required. Strong presentation skills needed.
