Manpower is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative position for one of our clients in Stevens Point, Wisconsin!
Job Responsibilities:
- Will be taking all incoming calls related to travel insurance claims process
- Initiate claims in customized system, advise on insurance coverage and necessary documentation for processing
- Answer customer questions regarding claims coverage and status
- Will complete clerical downtime work
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of six months experience in the field or in a related area
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous customer service background
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task
- Location: Stevens Point, Wisconsin 54482
- Length of Contract: Three months
