As a Restaurant Manager your day to day duties will consist of and may not be limited to:

  • Managing the overall operations of the restaurant
  • Building strong teams that provide excellent customer service to our guests
  • Recruiting, selecting, training and developing restaurant employees
  • Utilizing management information tools to analyze restaurant operation and financial performance

Requirements for this position include:

  • Demonstrating a passion for the business
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to communicate effectively in English
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in managing a service concept with full profit and loss responsibility
  • Valid driver license
  • Serving as a strong role model who motivates and inspires employees
  • Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs.
  • Demonstrating a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety
  • Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
