Job Location off the Greenbelt Pkwy and Intermodal Dr. Shift Schedule 3rd Shift- start times vary between 9pm, 10pm and 11pm depending on position. 8 hour shift Monday - Friday. Key Responsibilities: Managing policies and procedures to ensure performance goals and objectives are met Establishing and maintaining effective communication with the Floor Lead and Operations Team Tracking, measuring, and controlling all levels of production in assigned area Establishing and maintaining a positive work environment that will promote creativity, safety, staff development, personal growth, and high morale Produce and Maintain documents/reports Qualifications and Experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Requires attention to details and the ability to focus on desired goals.
