Server / Waitstaff / Bartender Jobs - FT & PT - Winter Seasonal - Full-time / Part-time

The Server / Waitstaff is responsible for taking food and beverage orders from guests, and entering orders in our point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen and bar. They will deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter, maintain clean service areas, and perform other duties as assigned. The Bartender is responsible for making drink orders for guests and entering orders in our point-of-sale system.

The Bartender ensures smooth, efficient and sanitary bar operations, as well as cash handling and providing change for the servers. S/he must be knowledgable in the preparation of various alcoholic beverages including mixed drinks, wine, and beer.

Requirements:

• Individuals who are passionate about guest service and the hospitality/ski industry
• English Proficiency
• Able to work the entire season (November– April)
• Some experience in food and beverage or guest service
• Flexibility is a must, and typically most hours will be on weekends and holidays.
