We have a full-time opening for a Collectors Needed! Start Monday!.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Background check required.

Wage: $10 - 12 base + monthly bonuses up

We are currently in search of a few SUPERSTARS to join our winning team!! FULL TIME opportunities for Collectors are NOW available. Compensation is $10-$12/hr plus montlhly bonus. The Sky is the limit on what you can make.

Successful candidates will be responsible for building relationships and communicating with debtors in an effort to collect on their past bills

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers by telephone to attempt to collect on severely past due Cable TV accounts


• Offer excellent customer service, with an upbeat and personable approach, while staying focused on the goal


• Perform other duties as assigned by management


• Negotiate payments through collection efforts

We are looking for someone with:

• At least 1 year of customer service, telemarketing, or collections experience in a fast paced call center


• Excellent communication skills


• Excellent computer skills with the ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM


• Interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships


• Money motivated and goal driven


• Ability to negotiate, close the deal, and secure payment with angry customers


• Remain patient and calm in stressful phone situations


• Able to remain professional and customer focused while diffusing angry calls

** You must be able to successfully pass a drug test and background check in order to be considered **

Full Time Positions: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

With one evening schedule a week 12pm-9pm

 &  One Saturday a month 9am-1pm.
