About this job

Hiring a Process Tech for a 3rd shift position in the Injection Molding Facility. Looking for candidates with either 4 years of experience in the field or a 2 year technical degree/certification in the field. This location has 30 presses ranging from 32 tons-1000 tons. Production is currently running 6 days a week however this position will primarily be on a 5 day work week.

Qualifications:
-Experience in Injection Mold set up, first piece inspection/try out, troubleshooting, etc.
-Experience starting up and shutting down injection molding presses
-Experience changing molds using an overhead crane
-Consistently pay attention to detail and accuracy

Candidate needs to be able to:
-Make recommendations for improvements to molds, machines, and related equipment to optimize the overall manufacturing process.
-Operate powered mobile equipment per company standards. Maintain production, maintenance, deviations and other required records and logs, as instructed.
-Process molding machine, making minor changes to process to insure the quality of all products
