Aerotek Professional Services is currently seeking Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to work as Senior Care Associates for our client, a large Healthcare client in Nashville.
The position will be responsible for increasing operational efficiency of the unit and ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information to callers and by performing health services support duties and providing customer contact for incoming and outbound calls, performing but not limited to the following activities: Completing Health Risk Assessment, documentation in electronic medical record, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Skills Required: Good telecommunications, computer and customer service skills.
Requirements:
1 -2 years of call center experience. High School Diploma or G.E.D. Prior experience in call center/customer services environment
