Our client in Hillsboro, OR is currently looking for Seasonal Customer Service Representatives.

Job Description:

The CSR will handle inbound phone lines in a call center setting and should be able to educate the consumer on products offered online, and be able to pair items as desired. Handling (during the busier times) 8 calls per hour, 10 emails per hour and 4 warranties per hour. The goal of the CSR is not to try to sell the most expensive item, but to sell the best product fit for the consumer. This is a non-scripted call center environment where each call should be tailored to that specific consumer. Product knowledge a huge plus (Columbia and Sorel) but willingness to learn the product line is the most important.

Retail (sales associates, baristas)

Restaurant Servers/Hosts
College Grads with a passion for the outdoors (skiing, snowboarding, hiking, hunting, etc)!
