**This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. This position plays a critical role in ensuring we are hiring top talent at all levels within the organization.**
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting including applicant tracking and affirmative action planning.
- Utilize multiple creative techniques to proactively identify and attract passive talent through low cost/no cost sources including, but not limited to networking, social media (LinkedIn), employee referrals, job postings, and internal talent.
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Prescreen candidates. Create and present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval.
- Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates.
- Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare candidates for interviewing with specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background, job descriptions and expectation-setting.
- Document post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates.
- Extend offer of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring and human resource managers
- Conduct follow-up calls with hiring managers and new hires regarding background and relocation processes.
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required.
- Visit all hiring manager departments to develop a thorough understanding of the department culture and business needs, goals, and strategies.
- Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques.
