About this job
This is a customer support position with a fleet management technology company.
This individual will be fielding inbound calls from customers to help troubleshoot their technology in the truck. This could be anything from network error to user error. They will be taking 30 - 40 inbound calls that on average last 10 - 15 min.
The overnight calls that are coming in are typically routine calls and usually the drivers trying to troubleshoot their device or have questions on it.

Monday - Friday 12:00am - 8:30am
Qualifications
1+ year of customer service experience (retail, call center, service industry, etc)
35 WPM
Need/want for 3rd shift
Soft skills (ASK REFERENCES ABOUT THESE SKILLS):

Confident - previous interviews through the competition have not been confident
