Job Title: Customer Service Representatives
Status: Full-time Permanent
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay Rate : $11/hour
Specific Requirements:
We are looking for ambitious, goal oriented and customer-focused professionals to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative you will receive direct calls from consumer regarding their products and/or services. While following a specific call flow, the agent will creatively resolve customer issues using available technology and data, input personal information into a new or current account, and educate customers on service features, benefits.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Graduation or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Self-starter with a passion to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Candidates will need to undergo a Criminal Background Check and Credit Check prior to being hired.
