Construction Project Manager

Aerotek's client, a well-established Contractor and Developer, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its team.

Candidate will work directly with the President of the company on all aspects of Project Management for properties undergoing proprietary development.

Ideal candidate will have:

-3 to 5 years' experience as a project manager, dealing with vendors, contractors, owners, architects, local and state permitting boards
-Scheduling personnel and resources (equipment, etc.) from inception to completion on projects
-MS Project experience or another relevant program
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
