The primary responsibility of the Junior Graphic Designer is to assist in the development of advertising & marketing materials and corporate collateral. They demonstrate strong foundational design skills and an ability toemulatebrand and design standards.

*Job Responsibilities*
* Develop creative solutions and implementations that are on target with project objectives.
* Design for a broad range of media including print, digital, social and visual signage.
* Ensure that deliverables adhere to creative guidelines and brand standards. Employ graphic and interactive design best practices.
* Actively listen to creative critique and demonstrate understanding through successful application to projects.
* Independently follow directions and execute revisions with a high level of accuracy.
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet project objectives and adhere to timelines.
* Communicate effectively, clearly presenting ideas and creative solutions to gain understanding and support.
* Seek out and embrace opportunities to contribute to concept projects and campaign development.
* Demonstrate an eagerness to learn, participate as a team player, share information and a fresh perspective.
* Manage model and product photography orders for assigned projects.

# Qualifications


* A degree in Graphic Design, BFA preferred
* Up to one year of relevant design experience or internship
* Strong knowledge base in print and digital platforms
* Design abilities in design principles such as layout, typography, composition and color theory
* Strong communication skills - verbal and written
* Detailed-oriented, great organizational and time management skills
* Exceptional collaboration skills
* Solid understanding of print production requirements
* Expertise in InDesign, Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop. Knowledgeable in Flash and After Affects
