Job Description:
- This is an outbound call center position where the candidate is expected to make calls to new customers who will be receiving food deliveries.
- **THIS IS NOT COLD CALLING/SALES**
- These will be customers that are transitioning from another food delivery provider.
- The Candidate will be expected to call and explain the process and answer any questions that the customer may have regarding the delivery.
Experience:
- Prior customer service experience (Call Center preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of professionalism.
- BILINGUAL - Spanish/English
Hours: Monday -Friday 8:30am -5:00pm
Dress Code: Business Casual
Pay: $11.00/hour
