Construction Contractor is currently looking to expand their presence in the Raleigh-Durham market.
They're currently looking for a Construction Manager who would be responsible for coordinating, organizing and communicating all aspects of a project including: submittals, schedule, contracts, cost, production, changes, installation and closeout. Maintain proactive customer relations throughout project.
Primary Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Project manager is responsible for producing a quality product on time installation and maintain or improving profit: ensuring quality, value and service.
Minimum Qualifications:
5-7 years construction background
1-3 years installation experience a plus
Able to effectively manage information, schedules and people
Well organized and able to appropriately prioritize tasks
