Our property management client in downtown Boston, MA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to start ASAP.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers, both internally and externally, with a high level of service with regards to all tenant inquiries
  • Respond to all customer contacts promptly, efficiently and accurately
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Must showcase ability to successfully resolve customer issues including discrepancies, complaints, and any other emergency situations
  • Assure quality, integrity and accuracy of client information (including review, processing, and database entry)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in an office settting, property management, leasing office, call center. Other customer service experience may be acceptable.
  • Must have very good communication skills.
  • Must have proficient MS office skills and ability to learn new software
