Our property management client in downtown Boston, MA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers, both internally and externally, with a high level of service with regards to all tenant inquiries
- Respond to all customer contacts promptly, efficiently and accurately
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Must showcase ability to successfully resolve customer issues including discrepancies, complaints, and any other emergency situations
- Assure quality, integrity and accuracy of client information (including review, processing, and database entry)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 1+ years of customer service experience in an office settting, property management, leasing office, call center. Other customer service experience may be acceptable.
- Must have very good communication skills.
- Must have proficient MS office skills and ability to learn new software
