Wage: $11.67 per hour

Requirements

Adecco is currently recruiting for experienced Customer Service Representatives. Candidates must be able to adapt to the customers needs with a positive attitude and high level of customer service while taking inbound customer calls and providing resolution to question and concerns. Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative - Call Center job include:




  • Receive a high volume of inbound calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns

  • Keep record of customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken

  • Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot the items raised by the customer

  • Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high level of customer service

  • Refer unresolved customer issues to designated call center department or supervisor for further investigation

  • Must be able to able to work in a highly monitored environment



Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:




  • 1-3 years Customer Service experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Ability to pass background check

  • Candidate must be able to sit for the majority of their shift

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter

  • Computer literate – Intermediate computer skills Proficient with Email and Microsoft Word

  • Able to work in a team environment



These positions are long term for the right individuals and provide excellent paid training (8 - 10 weeks). Pay rate is $11.67. Interviews are currently being scheduled. Apply Now!!
