The ideal campaign project manager is motivated, results oriented, a clear communicator and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.

A day in the life…

  • Support complex campaign strategy and build integrated plans to achieve goals by partnering with the Marketing and Creative departments
  • Develop schedule, contact list and deliverables inventory to support complex campaign specific deliverables with multiple (often rolling) deadlines
  • Identify and engage internal teams for coordinated campaign execution, providing clear roles and responsibilities through all phases of the campaign
  • Contribute, aggregate and deliver feedback on creative marketing materials based on campaign strategy
  • Work cross functionally to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of the work by gathering campaign results and conducting analysis
  • Develop and evolve standardized campaign management tools, including goals, scope, timeline and task documentation to ensure progress on milestones
  • Manage and communicate information about campaign status and changes in strategy, initiatives, standards, priorities and resource allocation
  • Prepare and administer budgets for campaigns, including estimating and communicating campaign costs
  • Provide technical assistance to all departments affected by the campaigns
  • Prioritize and manage multiple campaigns as needed
  • Manage the relationship between internal teams and external vendors
  • Work collaboratively as part of the larger leadership team, reconciling divergent demands of multiple stakeholders

You own this if you have…

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience and/or training in project management principles
  • Minimum 5 years experience in project management with progressively larger responsibility
  • Minimum 2 years project management experience in a related field
  • Demonstrated analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated negotiation and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Ability to quickly learn project management tools and other applications as necessary
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and diligent in keeping projects on track
