Primary Responsibilities:
This position will develop new business opportunities with large-midsize accounts. Your success will be dependent on your ability to prospect, qualify potential accounts and build relationships with key decision makers.
He/She will:
- Identify and qualify new opportunities for their potential
- Prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, attending trade shows, etc.
- Develop and foster client relations to achieve retention goals
- Develop sales by making initial presentations; explaining service benefits
- Prepare proposals and presentation
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven B2B Sales experience selling services
- Diploma or Degree preferred in Business
- 8+ years experience selling to automotive parts manufacturers and/or general manufacturers
- Knowledge of quality systems and processes is a definite asset
Required Skills:
- Ability to close new business
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Experience selling to large and medium size accounts
- Results driven, passion to succeed, resourceful
- Can effectively respond to customer objections
- Self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
