Looking for an Architect for a temporary assignment of 3 months, to work on production (design) of Healthcare focused projects.
The candidate for this position will 3-5 years of experience (up to 7-8 years of experience), Have a BS in Architecture. A high proficiency in Revit, and experience using it for design development and construction documents. Any exposure to Healthcare is always a plus.
* Uses independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and use of standard techniques, but functions as a collaborative member of a team.
* Independently solves problems and reviews findings with team leader.
* Compiles data, performs design computations, and executes all necessary code analysis with guidance from team leader.
* Makes quantity takeoffs .
* Prepares architectural renderings and documentation in coordination with internal and external team members.
* Inspects architectural features of projects in field with assistance from team leader.
* Receives technical guidance.
* Receives supervisory approval on project documentation.
* Checks own work for quality control on a regular basis; ensures that work is reviewed by team leader.
* Coordinates assigned tasks with team leader according to workplan.
* Maintains project files and records (electronic and otherwise) in an organized fashion that is readily identifiable and coordinated with team members.
