Heatlhcare Refunds Representative

Aerotek Professional Services is currently seeking Insurance Refunds Representatives to work for our client a Health Care company, in the Cool Springs area.

The position will be responsible for reviewing accounts for credit balances and preparing refunds for patients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
-Researches credit balances to determine if refund is needed for payer or patient
-Moves unapplied/misapplied money and follows process for issuing refund.
-Prepares documents for scanning

Candidates must have experience with processing Insurance or Patient Refunds.

The hours of the position are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
