As a Courtesy Technician you are the face of the Company. MFA Oil customers of Jiffy Lube will base completeness of service based on how well courtesies are completed. Skills that go hand in hand with the primary duties are communication skills, active listening, and a positive learning attitude. Primary duties are driving customer’s vehicles into the service bay area, assisting with light checks, relating mileage and indicator lights, vacuuming customer’s vehicles, washing customer’s exterior windows, and driving customer’s vehicles out of the service bays. Secondary duties include customer interaction, greeting the customer within 10 sec of arrival, lounge orientation while using the Jiffy lube NO HANDLES policy, cleaning, and other duties as assigned.
