in this position include those responsible for providing process and
operational support to the functions within Business Operations family.
Positions in this function may also be responsible for quality
reporting, analysis and audits, and for developing plans and programs to
support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools.

Primary Responsibilities:
Initiate provider contact for the purpose of collecting medical records and attestations.Work with various department protocols to transfer data safely.Manage time to ensure all facilities are contacted within business hours.Develop
subject matter expertise in the Hospital data Capture process and
Medicaid Chart Attestations and Patient Assessment Programs. Complete data entry on PHIPerform QA reviews of data entry resources work.Educate and assist provider resources in correct EDI submission processes and formats.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED1+ years of previous Hospital service, Provider service, or Customer Service experienceThe ability to to perform Data Entry, sorting, filtering, and working within basic tables
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with ICD-9 CodingPrevious experience with ICD-10 CodingPrevious experience with Medical TerminologyPrevious experience in Hospital Billing or Claims processingPrevious alpha-numeric Data Entry experience in a Production environment
