Production Supervisor

Currently looking for 2 Production Supervisors to join a Tier I / Tier II Automotive Manufacturer in Corbin, KY! These individuals will be responsible for overseeing 20-30 people on a manufacturing line. These positions are open due to growth, and company is looking for individuals that are willing to join their team for the long run!

Job Description:

• Responsible for overseeing 25-30 people on a manufacturing line over the presses and water jet process

• Manage and organize personnel and other resources to ensure production within department.

• Create a positive work environment by encouraging communication between multiple departments to increase productivity and accomplish company goals.

• Examine production process to determine how to reduce costs within the production department by utilizing raw materials and controlling overtime.

• Complete daily production reports

• Created and monitored new reporting devices to examine different aspects of production.

Qualifications:

• +3 years working in a manufacturing environment in leadership roles or relevant experience
• Automotive experience preferred, but not neccessary
• Available to work either 1st or 2nd shift preferred, but not neccessary

Openings are available on both 1st and 2nd shift; both are 12 hour shifts (7 A - 7 P for 1st shift, 7 P - 7 A for 2nd shift). Individuals will work 4 days on, 4 days off for their work schedule for a total of ~48 hours each week.
