Indiana MENTOR is seeking a Behavioral Analyst for Indianapolis and surrounding areas to develop behavioral plans and therapeutic services to program participants. This individual will work with supervisors in the development, implementation, maintenance and generalization of behavioral change. The Behavioral Analyst will be responsible for consult with staff, service providers and family on treatment recommendations and progress; and participate in staff education as needed.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, special education or related field and one year experience working with special populations in crisis intervention, staff training and development.
  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or interest in formal training in ABA preferred
