Description

Pennsylvania MENTOR is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their North East Philadelphia, PA office. This position is to provide administrative support to a Behavioral Health Department and/or manager, including answering telephones, handling correspondence, filing, managing spreadsheets, reviewing documentation, payroll, invoice submission and scheduling meetings, as well as project based work. This position may also greet visitors and route telephone calls to appropriate staff and/or provide data entry support. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with all types of personalities.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of related experience
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Time Management skills.
  • Database experience a plus.
