The Pioneer Grill To Go Attendant’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answer phones, greets guests and provide information.
• Perform regular menu maintenance for proper cycle and cleanliness.
• Perform accurate settlement of guest checks through Point of Sale system to multiple categories, i.e. staff, promo, cash, charge, etc.
• Assist in the opening procedures of the Cashier stands in the Pioneer Grill cashier booth.
• Balance deposits at end of shift and reconciles any discrepancies.
• Perform Pioneer Grill Cashier duties in accordance to ISO 9001 Training Manuals and JLL Quality Standards
• Assist in the opening and closing down procedures of the “To-go” station and dining room.
• Attend Pre-shift meetings and be knowledgeable of events, specials, and general guest information

The “must haves” for this position include:

• Previous guest service experience
• Excellent people skills
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to maintain a positive, professional rapport with guests

We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:

• Previous Food & Beverage experience
