Are you an experienced cook looking for a new challenge? Do you want to get your “foot in the door” with the resort industry? Are you interested in working and living next door to Grand Teton National Park? Are you looking for an Experience of a Lifetime? The Pantry Cook functions as an intermediate cook, responsible for performing the full cooking process using established recipes. This includes, but is not limited to: preparing and measuring ingredients, grilling, broiling, baking, frying, and sautéing. In a casual fine dining facility, this individual is additionally responsible for all aspects of the pantry station and ensuring that the station or area is sanitary and fully functional. It is also expected that the Pantry Cook assist in Banquet food preparations.  

The “must haves” for this position include:

• Previous casual fine dining cooking experience
• Excellent people skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work long hours and varied shifts
• Knowledgeable of Pantry station service 

We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:

• Knife handling skills
• Good plate presentations
• Strong sense of timing
• Food Preparation skills

Our season is typically May through October.
