Primary Responsibilities: 

Managing reporting of member touchpoints tied to the Hassle Free Initiative
Validating member touchpoint data flowing into the reporting systems
Delivering on scheduled reporting
Partnering with IT and the database team to manage requirements and expectations tied with Data Analytics and reporting efforts around member touchpoints
Work with business partners to understand requirements and designs for reporting and information exchange tied to member touchpoints
Presenting results and possible areas for improvement

Requirements


Required Qualifications: 

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistic or similar field
2+ years experience as a database analyst specifically with large databases
2+ years of experience utilizing SAS
Proficient user skills in MS Access, Excel and Word

Preferred Qualifications: 

Masters Degree
Experience utilizing Oracle and DB2
Experience with Tableau or other BI tools
Knowledge of Power Point
Healthcare industry experience
