Which is why your performance and innovation will find a reception here like nowhere else as you help people live healthier lives while doing your life's best work.This role works with many different trust funds, coding bank deposits, performing basic analysis, accounts payable and other financial duties.Positions in this function maintain general ledger accounts and related activities for the production of financial statements and reports. Performs account reconciliations and analyses, prepares journal entries and reviews accounting classifications, in accordance with generally-accepted accounting principles. Analyzes and prepares financial statements, including balance sheets and statements of financial position. Involved in the monthly/quarterly 'close' process. Prepares documentation in support of external and internal audits.Primary Responsibilities: Identify all checks according to intended
recipient/trust/bank accountPrepare cash receipts logs and
deposit tickets for all checks

Obtain authorization to deposit
for all checksDistribute checks via deposit at
banks, mailing to lockboxes, or distribution to clientProcess cobra checks timely with
copies going to the eligibility department and deposit made according to
instructions from eligibility departmentMaintain office supplies for
departmentProcess accounts payables on
selected trust funds

Requirements

Required Qualifications:High
School Diploma or GEDExperience working in a Data Entry position, as well as the
ability to do 10-Key by touchAbility to perform data entry and use sort/filter functions in Microsoft ExcelAbility to create correspondence and work within templates in Microsoft WordAbility to email and manage a calendar within Microsoft OutlookPreferred
