About this job
Responsible for daily operation of production units.
Reports production metrics daily, weekly and monthly. (tons/day, online time, waste/ton, etc.)
Works with supervisors and process/performance engineers to identify areas of improvement, and then works with Engineering team to execute plans to make the improvements.
Requirements: Degree in Engineering along with 5+ years experience with strong experience with process improvement, including debottlenecking chemical processes. Supervision experience in a union environment
Excellent computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, DCS systems, SAP
Excellent verbal and written communication.
