Construction Project Manager

Project Manager for a large, well-established general contractor. Company is handling the construction management on commercial retail remodel/renovations. Each project takes 8-12 weeks to complete; the Project Manager will be responsible for multiple projects simultaneously.

Candidate will work from home, but conduct site visits on as-needed basis. Up to 50% travel around North Carolina and surrounding states. All travel expenses are reimbursed weekly by company.

Ideal candidate will be based out of Charlotte and is comfortable traveling out to job sites every other week.

• Quality Control
• Material Procurement
• Change Orders
• Relationship Management with customer

Qualifications:

• B.S. Degree in Construction Management or related field
• 2+ years of commercial construction management experience
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
