Leadership Development Program - Full-time / Part-time

This is a 2 year program to help you grow into a fully developed Chick-fil-A leader that is ready to lead at the highest levels both inside of our organization or ready to move on to operate your own Chick-fil-A. This individual will get one-on-one coaching from the Operator to help develop them into the leader they desire.

Flexible Hours

All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.

The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.
