Description

Provide the highest level of customer service through account management activities including, but not limited to these key responsibilities:



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform premier customer service in respect to all customers
  • Complete sales and collection customer service calls in a timely manner as assigned
  • Work as a cooperative team member in all aspects
  • Network with client store team to gain referrals and educate on the rental process
  • Review expired accounts and contact customers to promote timely payments
  • Maintain accurate records of past due account activity
  • Any other duties assigned by the Lead Sales Assistant

Qualifications

· Must be at least 19 years of age

· High school diploma or GED

· Friendly with good communication skills

· Excellent customer service skills

· Organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task

· Computer literacy/proficiency in a windows operation system

· Must be available to work at least 20 hours per week

· Must be available to work a set schedule of Friday, Saturday and Sunday
