Provide the highest level of customer service through account management activities including, but not limited to these key responsibilities:

Qualifications
· Must be at least 19 years of age
· High school diploma or GED
· Friendly with good communication skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task
· Computer literacy/proficiency in a windows operation system
· Must be available to work at least 20 hours per week
· Must be available to work a set schedule of Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Provide the highest level of customer service through account management activities including, but not limited to these key responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform premier customer service in respect to all customers
- Complete sales and collection customer service calls in a timely manner as assigned
- Work as a cooperative team member in all aspects
- Network with client store team to gain referrals and educate on the rental process
- Review expired accounts and contact customers to promote timely payments
- Maintain accurate records of past due account activity
- Any other duties assigned by the Lead Sales Assistant
