Park City is now hiring Room Service Servers for our Hospitality Locations for Winter 2015-2016!  The Room Service Server is responsible for: taking guest orders for food and beverages, and serving food and beverages to guests in the resort's restaurants, bars and/or banquet facilities.

 

Respsonsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide superior service to all internal and external guests while following the resort’s etiquette guidelines.
  • Set, clean, and clear tables.
  • Stock service stations with supplies, beverages, condiments, etc.; clean and straighten service stations and other work areas.
  • Take food and beverage orders and serve to guests.
  • Obtain knowledge of and explain menu offerings and preparation to guests.
  • Perform routine food preparation tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with hosting duties as assigned.
  • Assist bartender with drink mixing and serving, ensuring that alcoholic beverages are not served to underage guests, and determining when of-age patrons should not be served additional drinks.
  • Stock and set up bar as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements for this position include:  

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, lift, and carry heavy objects.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.

 

Additional qualifications include:

  • High School education desirable, plus one year of relevant experience.
  • Must have a valid Food Handler’s Permit and Tips & Sips certificate.
  • Good manual dexterity.
  • Ability to deal with customers courteously and efficiently at all times.
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
