Job Description:
Underwater pool repair company looking for highly motivated, organized, individual to assist our divers in daily activities. His duties are to report to Lead Diver, responsible for top side operations including maintenances of dive gear, tools and equipment. Ensure the safety and efficiency of our divers to complete jobs in timely and professional manner.
Weekend Availability (Saturdays) will be required sometimes as needed in the summer months of June-September.
Humorous and easy-going personalities are encouraged on our team. We promote a positive attitudes, great work ethic, and professional accountability. A well-groom and contemporary appearance is required.
This position will be Full time and there are a lot more opportunities to grow within the company.
Tender duties and Daily Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting in the mobilization and demobilization of equipment
Maintaining and cleaning of the shop and work stations.
Maintain all tools and equipment for operations, including reassembly and lubrication
Operations and setup of all equipment tools as directed
Report to Lead Diver and General Manager about conditions that might be unsafe to lead diver and the office.
Maintain proper communication with lead diver and the office
Assume the role of diver or standby diver when directed by diving superintendent/ Or lead diver
Assist Lead diver in prepare necessary materials such as concrete, plaster, epoxy
Key Requirements:
Have experiences with CONSTRUCTION, MASONS, TILE SETTING, COPPING INSTALLING, PLUMBING is a Plus. Experience preferred but willing to train the right person.
Well-rounded technical maintenance skill set.
Strong communication skills is required
