Shift Leader - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Shift Leader.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

In addition to following Pie Five Pizza policies and procedures, Shift Leader responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Customer Engagement/Experience:

• Resolving guest incidents and working to ensure positive guest experiences
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to guests
• Engage guests in the dining room, share the Pie Five concept, and ask about their experience

Team Management:

• Be able to direct others and delegate responsibilities
• Work with a sense of urgency, while being organized, flexible and detailed-oriented
• Act in a professional manner that promotes a pleasant work environment

Office Administration:

• Assisting with miscellaneous office administration duties such as; banking and cash handling policies and responsibilities and office paperwork
• Inventory
• Training ability, coaching and counseling team members
• Ability to work with word, excel and outlook email
• Troubleshooting skills for back of house computer as well as the POS system
• Local store marketing

Miscellaneous:

• Comprehend and execute local food-handling laws and standards
• Comprehend and execute Pie Five standards and expectations

The ideal candidate will:

• Have the ability to develop positive working relationships with all restaurant employees and work as part of a team, helping others as needed or requested
• Desire to advance within to Assistant Manager

• Prior Supervisory experience
• Prior restaurant and/or customer service experience
• Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
• Knowledge of Food Safety
• High school diploma
