We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Team Member.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

In addition to following Pie Five Pizza policies and procedures, Team Member responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Customer Engagement/Experience:

• Provide friendly, high energy customer service to Pie Five guests
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to guests
• Exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude and provide exceptional customer service
• Adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm
• Knowledgeably answers guests’ questions, in person or by phone, about menu items, pricing and current promotions
• Engage guests in the dining room, share the Pie Five concept, and ask about their experience
• Ask guests to join our Circle of Crust

Food Prep:

• Maintain an efficient pace of production to maintain accurate and quick guest service
• Accurately and efficiently remove all orders from the oven, cutting and packing the menu items according to garnish charts and operational standards
• Maintain a solid understanding of a properly and improperly made menu items including the quality indicators and correct errors immediately
• Prepare  food throughout the day as needed, anticipating and reacting to customer volume
• Maintain appropriate portion control and consistently monitor food levels on the line
• Consistently maintain clean and organized work stations, replenishing product as needed and following sanitization standards.
• Maintain proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards while preparing and cooking food
• Efficiently and accurately prepare all menu items following Pie Five recipes

Miscellaneous:

• Maintain a neat dining area by bussing tables, removing trash, resetting tables and wiping down seats
• Dependably follow cleaning and sanitizing procedures for all dishes and small wares
• Successfully complete opening/closing checklists and/or responsibilities
• Accurately collect and disburse cash and charge payments from guests
• Perform other duties, as assigned by company management

The ideal candidate will:

• Have the ability to develop positive working relationships with all restaurant employees and work as part of a team, helping others as needed or requested
• Have the ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times and display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
• Be able to adapt to the changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency
• Have the ability to demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu
• Be able to follow instructions for recipes and sanitation guidelines
• Have the ability to be cross-trained in all area of the line
• Must be organized, flexible and detail-oriented
• High school diploma
• Prior restaurant and/or customer service experience
