Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

Maintains a database of key supplier contracts for storage, railcar repair, purchased material and new car assets. Secures and maintains vendor insurance certificates as needed. Organizes and maintains a database of negotiated rebates. Secures pricing and delivery quotes from suppliers as needed. Maintains a database of new railcar orders and delivery. Works closely with FUR's new rail car suppliers to establish and track production schedules. Tracks and verifies Acceptance Certificates for new cars. Audits invoices for new railcars to ensure they are accurate.

Desired Qualifications

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Other Desired Qualifications

3+ years railcar leasing management or equivalent experience. 1+ years experience in purchasing or sourcing function Strong customer service orientation 4-year college degree in related field of study
